The LeaderShift Group Kenya was founded under the Mentorship of Dr. John C. Maxwell whose philosophy is,

Our centre is lead by an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team; who is certified to Train, Coach & Speak the John Maxwell Leadership principles and Maxwell’s proven leadership practices and lessons – the same skills, principles and values that John has used to train and develop leaders of nations as well as Fortune 500 corporate entities for nearly 50years.
